In this workshop, students will learn all about cookie decorating! From the basics of royal icing to piping and decorating techniques (as well as a handful of tips + tricks), you'll leave this workshop armed with the know-how to decorate your own beautiful cookies! Anais will also demonstrate how to roll out, cut and bake a batch of sugar cookies to perfection, as well as show you how to make that sometimes-finicky royal icing. At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with the set of lovely cookies that you've decorated, as well as The Sweet Lemon Bakeshop's sugar cookie and royal icing recipes used during the workshop!

TOOLS & INGREDIENTS: All tools and ingredients needed for this workshop will be provided. Tools will remain property of Sweet Bake Shop and must be returned at the end of the workshop. Boxes for transporting your cookies home will be provided!
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Students must be at least 13 years of age to attend this workshop. Please be sure to tie hair back and avoid wearing heels - comfortable, closed-toe shoes only, please. Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferrable to another person if you aren't able to make the workshop. Workshop end times may vary, some a little earlier and some a litter later. This will not affect the content of the workshop.
